Booking Policy
Book House Cleaning

To Book House Cleaning your services, a deposit is required for most first-time and specialty cleaning services. Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit has been received and you receive a confirmation from AK Fresh Finish LLC.

Deposit Requirements to Book House Cleaning

  • Standard Cleaning (First-Time Clients): 25% deposit
  • Deep Cleaning: 30% deposit or $75 minimum
  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning: 50% deposit
  • Airbnb Turnover Cleaning: 25% deposit for new clients
  • Recurring Cleaning Clients: No deposit required after the first completed service

Cancellation Policy

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are applied toward the final balance due at the completion of the service.
